SWEDI Care is our menstrual health and dignity programme. It combines sensitisation on menstrual hygiene with the distribution of dignity packs — sanitary pads, toothbrush and paste, toilet paper, bathing soap and other essentials — directly to girls in school.
The aim is simple: no girl should be held back by her period. Alongside the packs, sessions cover menstrual hygiene, health and confidence, so girls have both the materials and the knowledge to manage menstruation without shame or interruption to their education.
SWEDI Care is more than products. It is about ensuring that every girl can continue to dream, learn and lead with confidence and dignity.
